Bolton Cove has since changed to "Floridian style architecture." I think that will be a much closer match to Lake Martin. I still don't see any construction progress. The Bluffs at Copper Creek - there are a few things on the MLS, but they are "townhomes" - but the site description still says that it is a "master planned condominium community." Incidentally, Crowne Pointe has now paved their entrance way, so it's easy to drive in and look around. The view from the top of that hill is pretty incredible. Karis Park- I drove by the site a couple of weeks ago. They were pouring a couple of foundations for homes, so I really couldn't tell anything past that. Russell's Equality office - ??? I guess they wanted a presence on the west side of Lake Martin like they do on the east (Dadeville) and central (Willow Point).
