I'm not sure if the bad realtors will not just go dormant and pop back up as soon as the economy improves. I do think these fair-weather Realtors will miss the valuable lessens of balancing budgets, cutting waste, streamlining, etc that the successful Realtors are learning and continue to be wasteful and not perform for their clients. I am glad that clients are becoming much more educated and choosing their representation more wisely.
