Mike- many of the homes sold in 09 that had not been lived in were actuly built in 08 or even 07. Not many spec homes were built in 09. I can run more exact numbers for you if you like.

Mike- if you want I can send you a report for new homes. But keep in mind that some homes that might be “new” were built in 2008 but took a year to sell. So I might include even 07 as construction date in the search. It would help whittle down the possibilities if you could give me an area or a price range or # of bedrooms to limit by. I have sent you an email, just reply to that.
