Magnolia Cove is one of Lake Martin's newest neighborhoods, located on the east side of Lake Martin along HWY 49. This serene community offers beautiful waterfront and water access homes. Neighborhood amenities feature a resort-style pool and walking trails.

Magnolia Cove is one of Lake Martin's newest neighborhoods, located on the east side of Lake Martin along HWY 49. This serene community offers beautiful waterfront and water access homes that extend over the three phases of development. The Magnolia Cove Swim Club is now open and features a resort-style zero entry pool that is available to all residents and their guests. Other neighborhood amenities include a private dog park and walking trails.

Phase 1 of development offered 17 waterfront homes with amazing views. Phase 2 is now being developed in the Magnolia Cove neighborhood. It is comprised of 13 water-access homes and 6 waterfront lots. Homes in Magnolia Cove start in the $600K area. Also, each home has access to their own private boat slip. In addition to the neighborhood amenities mentioned above, golf carts are welcome in this neighborhood.

Magnolia Cove is close to many things on Lake Martin. It is located in the Blue Creek area of the lake; therefore, it is close to Blue Creek Marina. It is also about 1.5 hours from Birmingham and 2 hours to Atlanta. Since it is located in Dadeville, AL, Magnolia Cove is close to many restaurants such as Niffer’s and Prime Steakhouse.
