Sandy Creek is more of a geographical area on Lake Martin, not a formal neighborhood. It is located in Jackson’s Gap, Alabama, near the Auburn and Georgia side of the lake.

The Sandy Creek area is conveniently located in between Alexander City and Dadeville. This area has beautiful waterfront homes and cabins available. Therefore, it is a great place to build your forever home or vacation home.

Sandy Creek is not a formal neighborhood but a geographical area on Lake Martin. It is located in the Jackson’s Gap area of Alabama and is near the Auburn and Georgia side of the lake.

By land, Sandy Creek is close to Highway 280. So, it is less than an hour car ride to Auburn. It is conveniently located in between Alexander City and Dadeville. Therefore, it is a great place to build your forever home or vacation home. Sandy Creek has beautiful waterfront homes and cabins available for purchase.

Sandy Creek is located on the northeast side of Lake Martin. Therefore, it is close to many marinas, restaurants, and boat ramps. Some of the restaurants close to Sandy Creek include The Landing at Parker Creek, Niffer’s, and Chuck’s. Marinas near this area of the lake include Parker Creek, BoonDocks, and Smith Marina.

Sandy Creek feels different than most neighborhood areas. It feels more like a lake within a lake. I have friends that live in this area of Lake Martin, and they love it! They have lived here for years and love to go fishing here. So, it’s a great place to build your home!
