Villas on the Harbor has convenient access to Harbor Pointe Marina, plus an owners-only pool area. Each owner also has their own assigned parking spot as well as access to a boat trailer parking area. Because these condos are close to Harbor Pointe Marina, owners can store their boats there. It’s very convenient to be able to have your boat gassed up and ready at the marina when you want. The condos range from 1 to 3 bedrooms, so there’s a good mix of units available.
