White Oak is a great community near Lake Martin that offers lakefront living. Many new home sales have happened here within the past few years. It is a newer area with many beautiful lakefront homes available. The average asking price for a four to five bedroom home is around $1.4 million.

Another important factor to know about White Oak is that boat lifts are allowed in the neighborhood, but covered docks are not.

By water, White Oak is close to waterfront destinations such as Bay Pines Marina, Peanut Point, and the River Oaks area of Lake Martin. It is also located in the North Lake area. Off water, it is close to Alexander City near the Highway 280 bridge. Lakewinds Golf Course located in Alexander City is a popular spot for people to visit while in this area. This golf course is owned by Alexander City and open to the public. So, if you’re a golfer, then this is the perfect place for you.
