Ben Roberts of Exit Pro Realty in northwest Arkansas recently honored a post I did called “Lake Martin 101: How To Measure Winter and Summer Water Depth.”

Ben did this as host of the Carnival of Real Estate blogs.  This week, he let his focus be on blog posts that deliver the “meat and potatoes” of the real estate world to consumers and agents alike.
