I just really can’t get over the lot, though. Very few lots on Lake Martin are this flat yet have deep water. Or are this wooded yet this big. Or have a sandy beach AND a long, multi mile view. Plus, since it’s off of Tallapoosa County Road 34, that means it’s close to area restaurants like Oskar’s, Niffer’s, and Christopher’s.
