Talisi Cove is a waterfront neighborhood on the south or Kowaliga side of Lake Martin. As I write this, the neighborhood infrastructure and homes are being built out. I am not the listing agent. The Listing Agent is Brian Dodson of Harris Doyle Homes.

Talisi Cove FAQs
Where is Talisi Cove? It is on the south side of Lake Martin, in between the dam and Kowaliga Bridge. The homes will have an Eclectic, Alabama, address. Here is a map link.
Will the waterfront homes have their own dock? Most of them will. This depends on the plan, lot, and features you choose.
Are covered docks allowed at Talisi Cove? In general, yes, as long as it is approved by the neighborhood architectural committee and Alabama Power’s Shoreline group. Since this is a house by house, lot by lot thing, you would need to treat it as a case by case basis.
Can I bring my own plan or builder to Talisi Cove? No, Harris Doyle will be the seller and the builder on all the homes. Harris Doyle also has a set of several options on plans, drawn by the architects at Nequette Architecture. They are really beautiful homes!
Will they just sell me a lot? No, sorry, see above.
How many homes are they selling at Talisi Cove? Currently, in this first phase, they are selling about 15 waterfront homes and about 7 off water homes. In Phase II I think it is going to be about 11 off water homes and 19 on water. But these plans could change so, depending on when you read this, please let me check on it for you.
Will the off water homes have their own dock? Yes, currently the plan is for each off water home to have a deeded boat slip and also a spot in their boat storage building. Again, please allow me to confirm this because sometimes plans change in a neighborhood when it is under construction.
Does Talisi Cove have amenities? Yes, they have a clubhouse, a pool, and a neighborhood boat ramp.
