One of the many fun things about selling waterfront real estate at Lake Martin is bumping into your past* clients.

Recently I happened upon a party going on in the Real Island area of the lake. My wife and I were so surprised to bump into Amelia, a buyer whose family I had helped in the past. Amelia and her family bought a home near Real Island Marina, and totally re-did it. They are still enjoying it years later. She was kind enough to give me an impromptu “short and sweet testimonial.”

On a side note, I often have people ask me if only “old people” buy second homes here at Lake Martin. I hope this video proves otherwise. People- please don’t discriminate against young folks like Amelia! They love Lake Martin, too!!
