I was at Kennebec a few days ago looking at lots for sale and I always love to check out the progress on new homes being constructed at Lake Martin.

Two homes are under construction and I shot this quick video for you to see.

Kennebec is a new neighborhood centrally located on the south side of Lake Martin.

There are a total of 41 waterfront lots at Kennebec, and at this writing, thirteen of them have sold. These large wooded lots start in the mid $100,000s.
