The Preserve at Stoney Ridge (aka Stoney Ridge) is a waterfront development with homes and lots for sale on the east side of Lake Martin off of County Road 34 (the Blue Creek). It’s a gated community with lots of amenities including a really cool pool that overlooks the lake, a nice tennis court, a pavilion with an outdoor fireplace, and underground utilities.
