I was looking at some waterfront lots for sale the other day in Kennebec and I stopped by a home that is under construction. It is being designed by architect Gary Justiss. Check out this porch! At Lake Martin, we spend a lot of time in our outdoor areas and so having cool details like this is a way to make your home yours.

I see a lot of lakeside porches, but the nice stone work and big timbers made this really unique to me.
