Stoneview Summit Condominium association is situated on the waters of Lake Martin, inside the gates of Stillwaters. StillWaters is a large waterfront neighborhood on the south east side of Lake Martin, Alabama.

Stoneview Summit consists of three different buildings. Please see the above video for some footage of how it is all laid out.

Just to give you some perspective, the building that is closest to the water has addresses that start with 64 – so a lot of people refer to it as the 64 building. For that same reason, the middle building is called the 44 building, and the one that is up on the top of the hill (and also the first on the right as you drive in), is called the 48 building.

One really important thing to note about Stoneview Summit is that all condos come with a boat slip. Here at Lake Martin we say “a deeded boat slip” as realtor slang to say that your boat slip is tied to the deed of the condo unit. Each one has a slip and they are numbered.

Other amenities of Stoneview Summit are their gazebo and pool. The pool is only for the use of Stoneview Summit owners and their guests.
