Labor Day Weekend Fun

On August 31, visit The Landing at Parker Creek for a fun live music event! Taylor Hicks and his Roadhouse Rumble will be playing live starting at 6 PM. This will be a fun event to kick off the Labor Day weekend.

Labor Day is the last big weekend of the season here on Lake Martin. A lot of the local lake businesses will be hosting events to help close out this year. So, check out my free Lake Martin Voice App to stay up to date on all things Lake Martin such as events, restaurants, and marinas.

The Landing at Parker Creek

This restaurant opened in 2015 and offers some of the best food on the lake. From filet sliders to their sushi roll, their menu offers a variety of items. With their weekly specials, you can always experience something new. Also, don’t forget to check out their bar menu while you’re there!

The Landing at Parker Creek celebrated 10 years on Lake Martin earlier this summer. Now, there is a newer restaurant located on the Dadeville side of the lake called The Landing at Harbor Pointe. So, if you are on that side of Lake Martin, then you also get to enjoy all of the great food items they offer.

Both restaurants have a fun atmosphere for families and friends. They have fun games to play such as cornhole and a beach area that is great for hanging out with your kids or watching the sunset.
