Springtime usually means dock work time here at Lake Martin and that goes double for The Hideaway at Stillwaters!

Virginia Pettus of Aronov Realty Brokerage, Lake Martin Division and I are proud to co-list The Hideaway together. So you can imagine our joy to see the docks being put in!

Lake Martin Dock Company built and installed the docks. Well, as you can tell from these pictures, they are still putting the finishing touches on the installation. By the time you read this, they will probably be 100% done. We think they came out looking great! Lake Martin Dock Company are the experts we trusted because they have the experience, resources, and reputation to make sure that the docks are beautiful and functional for years to come. Virginia and I are selling waterfront, water view, and water access homes inside The Hideaway. Each home has deeded access to a slip on one of these docks. “Deeded access” means that the slip ownership runs with the deed of the home or lot and it not a permission based thing. In other words, you don’t have to worry about driving up and someone claiming your slip!
