Have you been to Lake Martin’s newest waterfront restaurant – The Social? It’s located at the old Castaway Island location (for us old-timers) aka Anchor Bay Marina.

The new owners have done a great job renovating the place. They’ve made the outdoors indoors with garage type roll up doors with plenty of room to enjoy “breakfast, brunch and dinner by boat.” They have daily specials – for example, on Saturdays they have a crawfish and shrimp boil special. The brunch menu looks great too.

Every Wednesday from 6-9PM they have karaoke. On the weekends they have live music.
