Are you looking for a great place to buy a home? In this blog, I will tell you about a new neighborhood on Lake Martin called Talisi Cove that is a great option to look at.

Talisi Cove on Lake Martin is a waterfront neighborhood on the Kowaliga Bay side of the lake. It is a newly built and designed neighborhood that is designed by Nequette Architecture and built by Harris Doyle. New construction is a rarity on the older part of the lake such as Kowaliga Bay where many of the cabins were built in the 1950s and 1960s. Talisi Cove on Lake Martin has 54 total lots. 35 of these lots are waterfront lots and homes, and 19 are off-water. The waterfront homes are built on five to six different home plans. Covered boat docks are allowed in Talisi Cove, so there are a lot of covered docks with boat lifts. The off-water homes are built on the same house plans as the waterfront homes. However, instead of having a dock, they have access to a deeded boat slip. Therefore, the boat slips come with the house and do not have to be rented. Amenities at Talisi Cove

There are many amenities that come with the Talisi Cove neighborhood on Lake Martin. It has a coded gated entry which is pretty rare on this side of the lake. Other amenities include a boat ramp and a pool. Again, it is really rare to have new construction on this side of the lake. That is why a lot of people like Talisi Cove, and why I have sold many homes here.

The location is another reason people love this neighborhood. Near the Kowaliga Bay area, there is the Kowaliga Bridge, Kowaliga restaurant, and the Lake Martin Ampitheater. It is also close to The Landing at Parker Creek by water. Talisi Cove is also close to Chimney Rock which is a big hangout spot.
