On Friday, visit the Dixie Art Colony local artist exhibition at the Trustmark Annex and Lobby, which starts at 6PM. Afterwards, head over to Bell Park and listen to performances by JoAnna Love at 6:30PM followed by Todd & the Tone Deaf Hobos at 7PM. There will also be a family movie night at 7:30PM on Friday featuring the well-loved film, The Sandlot. The film will be screening at the Tallassee Mount Vernon Theatre.

On Saturday, the Dixie Division Military Vehicle Exhibition will be held from 8AM-1PM. Afterwards, if you missed the Dixie Art Colony artist exhibition on Friday, you have another chance to enjoy it from 10AM-2PM. The Dovard Taunton Art Exhibition will also be held from 10AM-2PM at The Trophy Room. If art doesn’t interest you, admire the work of talented quilters at Tallassee City Hall from 10AM-2PM.

After you work up an appetite, visit the BBQ Sale held by the Tailgate Partners at Bell Park. Saturday night offers music from The River Dan Band at 5PM, followed by Andy Griggs at 8PM. There will also be a Food Truck Festival from 4-8PM to keep you fed while enjoying the music! The live music and the Food Truck Festival will be held at the Tallassee Mount Vernon Theatre.
