Church in the Pines on Lake Martin: A Wedding Venue

Church in the Pines is a non-denominational church that’s located on the Kowaliga side of Lake Martin Alabama near the Kowaliga Bridge.

The church is close to the Kowaliga Bay, Parker Creek, and Little Kowaliga neighborhoods. Also, it is a unique location because you can boat up to the church. If you come by car like most folks, there is parking off Hwy 63 as you turn into Kowaliga Marina. Every week, a different pastor will do the service, but the same crowd usually comes. It’s a popular church, and so it has been going on for almost 40 or 50 years.  

Church in the Pines is not only a great church, it is also a popular wedding venue. It is a gorgeous location right on the water with a great view of Lake Martin. This makes it the ideal wedding spot. Therefore, if you are interested in booking this venue for your wedding, then do it as soon as possible! They book up pretty fast.
