This side of Lake Martin is convenient to I-85 (Atlanta) and Hwy 280 (Auburn).  It’s also home to a lot of Lake Martin’s most popular restaurants, marinas, and landmarks.  Oskar’sNiffer’s Place at the Lake, and Chuck’s Pizza are close by, as are Blue Creek Marina, Harbor Pointe Marina, and also The Ridge Marina.  Emerald Shores is also a 10 minute boat ride to Chimney and Acapulco Rocks,  popular Lake Martin gathering spots.
